***FIRST UPDATE***
day 7 of the month Lormesta in the year 5105
(January 7th, 2005)

The decision is made to revive the Festival this year under these specifications:
  1. A co-organizer be sought to aid in the coordination of the Festival.
  2. The Festival be held during the third quarter of 5105 (2005).
  3. The Festival be a week long, starting on Restday (Sunday) and ending on Feastday (Saturday).
    1. The Festival be officially opened on Restday (Sunday) with a gather sponsored by the House of Serenity.
    2. Various contests, storytellings and worship rituals occupy the remaining Festival time on Restday (Sunday) after the opening gather.
    3. Most of the discussions and panels on the Arkati, their natures, and their history, occur from Volnes (Monday) through Day of the Huntress (Friday), in the evening. They will begin around 8:00 EST and continue till about a half-hour after midnight.
    4. Contests, storytellings and rituals occupy most of the hours of Festival on Feastday (Saturday)
    5. The Festival be officially closed on Feastday (Saturday) evening with a gather sponsored by the event co-organizer.

***THIRD UPDATE***
day 9 of the month Lormesta in the year 5105
(January 9th, 2005)

Contact is made with GM Sirina regarding obtaining copies of the original prize medals used in the first Festival for various contests.

Additionally it is possible the temple may open the proprietary halfling cleric room during the festival for folks to garner a taste of halfling religious life, as well as some halfling cuisine.
