PANARKATI FESTIVAL[Hall of Those Outside]
The chamber is huge with dense, carved stone vines curling across its walls and
ceiling as if they have grown there. On
the west wall, the vines retreat, faced with the imposing portrait of a man. Rendered in vivid colors, the man's posture
is quietly intimidating. Overhead, the
bas-relief fauna almost conceals a mural that spreads across the ceiling. From its shadows, golden eyes stare
vehemently down. A grey altar sits
before the west wall, and a red altar rests in the center of the room.
Obvious exits: north, down
Sylviana, Liberius, Raelee, Tallula, Whistfylle, Debia, Rosabel, Nebekk,
Tarkisis, Laeyandra and Mitheirien followed.
You nod.
Nebekk gazes in wonder at his surroundings.
Interlocking her fingers above her head, Tarkisis stretches
slowly, extending her spine in a satisfying stretch.
Tarkisis says, "Ah, much better."
You say, "Please be seated, or stand if more
comfortable."
Whistfylle folds her hands behind her back.
You say, "Our lecturer tonight is Tarkisis."
Whistfylle glances at Tallula.
Nebekk stretches.
Raelee glances around the room.
Nebekk sits down.
You say, "She is going to speak on Fash'lo'nae."
Tallula gazes at Whistfylle.
Mitheirien sits down.
You say, "Please give her yer full attention."
Whistfylle points down.
Tallula kneels down.
Sylviana sits down.
Whistfylle nods.
Whistfylle turns to face Tarkisis.
Mitheirien turns an inquisitive ear towards Tarkisis.
You say, "And hold all questions and comments until she
opens the floor for them."
You nod.
Laeyandra sits down.
Tallula smiles at Whistfylle.
Tarkisis ponders.
Laeyandra turns an inquisitive ear towards Tarkisis.
You nod to Tarkisis.
(Iscikella moves to
the back of the room.)
You sit down.
Tarkisis asks, "Everyone all settled in now?"
Debia sits down.
Tarkisis surveys the area.
Nebekk nods.
Nebekk grins.
Tarkisis says, "Good."
Tarkisis softly says, "Fash'lo'nae, Old Scholar,
Grandfather, The Eldest, Patron of Libraries, Master of Knowledge
."
Tarkisis says, "Many titles you all have become
familiar with."
You stand back up.
[At this point Iscikella had to
leave for a few moments to escort a latecomrer to the lecture, so a small bit
of the lecture is missing.]
Venrath says, "My fault."
You sit down.
Tarkisis nods to Venrath.
Venrath coughs.
You remove Venrath from the group.
Speaking to Tarkisis, Venrath says, "Pardon me."
Whistfylle stares off into space.
Speaking quietly to Venrath, Tarkisis says, "I've only
just begun. Have a seat if you wish."
Venrath says, "I think I had best stick to habit, after
all."
Tarkisis says, "Of course."
Tarkisis clears her throat.
Tarkisis asks, "Now then. Where was I?"
Tarkisis ponders.
Tarkisis says, "Ah yes. A
teacher."
Tarkisis nods.
Tarkisis says, "And thus, I will attempt to teach all
of you to better understand his philosophies."
Tarkisis nods to Whistfylle.
Tarkisis smirks.
Tarkisis clears her throat.
Whistfylle stares off into space.
Whistfylle appears to be trying hard not to grin.
Tarkisis says, "I am certain you have all heard such
standard declarations, that a student of Fash'lo'nae seeks knowledge for its
own sake. While this is true, the purpose is far understated."
Tarkisis says, "Some believe the underlying motivation
is to ultimately gain power, fame, wealth, or whatever other mortal indulgences
you can think of."
Tarkisis says, "However, knowledge itself ultimately
brings these things, as any student knows. Be it the knowledge of politics,
social circles, magic, physical endurance, etcetera. The Dhe'nar state it quite eloquently,
"Knowledge is power."."
Tarkisis says, "Yet, they stop there."
Tarkisis chuckles to herself.
Tarkisis says, "There is a higher goal, many mortals
fail to see."
Tarkisis says, "By expanding our understanding each
time we learn something new, it opens up new queries and new puzzles for us to
solve. ."
Tarkisis says, "Our ideas turn to thought. Thought
turns to experimentation. Experimentation turns to information, and information
turns to knowledge."
Tarkisis says, "Knowledge leads to understanding the
unknown and understanding the unknown leads to progress."
Tarkisis asks, "That higher goal?"
Tarkisis grins wryly.
Tarkisis says, "Is.. the
evolution of the mind."
Laeyandra looks thoughtfully at Tarkisis.
You give your eyebrow a little workout.
(Tarkisis touches her
brow to emphasize her point.)
Tarkisis says, "Fash'lo'nae's presence is felt far less
than other Arkati, since as mortals, there is little we can do to interest him,
or bring him new knowledge - short of being part of an experiment ourselves. ."
Tarkisis says, "Even the Arkati and Drakes were not
immune, as the introduction of the Ur-Daemons brought about the subsequent fall
of the Drake's reign."
Tarkisis says, "In short, change is a good thing to a
follower of Fash'lo'nae."
Tarkisis says, "Change encourages us to take risks,
adapt, progress and excel."
Laeyandra furrows her brow.
Tarkisis says, "A true student is ambitious enough to
rise above the masses, taking risks and wavering to extremes in order to press
knowledge further."
You shift your weight.
Tarkisis says, "Since application of knowledge is not
barred by Fash'lo'nae, a student can use it themselves to promote change, be it
beneficial or even disastrous."
Tarkisis glances at you.
Tarkisis says, "In the opposite spectrum, Lumnis, while
also representing scholarly pursuits values prudence and limitations on
potential. By stifling this potential and teaching prudence, Lumnis does indeed
limit risk."
You give your eyebrow a little workout.
You think to yourself, "That I definitely haven't
noticed."
Tarkisis asks, "Do you deny Lumnis limits risk?"
Tarkisis grins at you.
Whistfylle clears her throat.
Nebekk steeples his fingers in his lap,
quietly observing his surroundings.
You say, "Yes."
Tarkisis raises an eyebrow in your direction.
You say, "But that is for a later discussion."
You chuckle.
Tarkisis says, "Yes. Of course."
Tarkisis grins at you.
Tarkisis patiently says, "Teachings..
perhaps on the more zealous side of Lumnis' followers
could promote a fear of risk, and a fear of change."
High Lord
Venrath glances at
Tarkisis says, "When individuals fear change, and fear
to take risks in order to adapt and excel, they linger on a stagnant path with
nothing exceptional to sway the ideas and concepts that bring about
growth."
Whistfylle grins at
Liberius glances at Raelee.
Raelee tilts her head up.
Raelee glances at Liberius.
Tarkisis says, "Risk is something that many fear. Risk
to ourselves, risk to others.. risk
to the world as we know it."
Tarkisis chuckles to herself.
Tarkisis says, "Thus is what is called 'acceptable
risk'."
Tarkisis says, "While surely we aren't out to destroy
the world, or take suicidal measures - risk must be employed in order to reveal
the unknown."
Tarkisis says, "Or, to elicit change."
Tarkisis says, "Because we have these freedoms to
explore knowledge, and to explore the unknown with no limitations - we have
choice."
Tarkisis quietly says, "We have choice in knowledge,
and Fash'lo'nae leaves the freedom to explore those consequences to us. Thus,
we have more room to diversify, challenge the norms, advance beyond expectation
and introduce ideas that will change the world."
High Lord
Whistfylle smirks.
Tarkisis leans leisurely on her black lacquered runestaff, a
thoughtful expression upon her face.
Tarkisis surveys the area.
Tarkisis says, "My part of lecturing is done. I will
take questions and comments should you have them."
Nebekk ponders.
Sylviana smiles.
You raise your hand.
Tarkisis nods to you.
Tarkisis says, "I knew you couldn't resist."
Tarkisis chuckles.
Rosabel grins.
Nebekk chuckles.
Whistfylle rocks back on her heels.
Laeyandra chuckles.
Laeyandra grins.
Tarkisis nods to you.
Tallula leans on Whistfylle.
Whistfylle says, "
Tarkisis nods to Whistfylle.
You say, "Aren't ye equating risk to recklessness? I don't see them as one and the same. And it has little to do with acceptable risk,
as that was mentioned."
You say, "There are consequences beyond the obvious to
everything and thus these do need consideration."
You cock your head at Tarkisis.
Laeyandra looks thoughtfully at you.
Tarkisis says, "Taking things to extremes, yes I was
equating them. Since, many do not differenciate the two including myself at
times."
Tarkisis says, "And oft risk, is construed as
recklessness by those of Lumnis."
You chuckle.
Tarkisis says, "As, it is all a matter of perspective.."
Tarkisis grins wryly.
Whistfylle glances at Tarkisis.
Nebekk says, "It all depends on the individual,
really."
Venrath softly asks, "Perhaps it's only recklessness if
it fails?"
Liberius nods to Venrath.
Sylviana ponders.
Tarkisis nods to Venrath.
You say, "I do not see it so."
You shake your head.
Whistfylle says, "But that only adds to the value of
the knowledge obtained, if there is that risk."
Tarkisis says, "Thus is how many of us view
Augustin."
Tarkisis shrugs.
Nebekk says, "High risk, high reward."
Whistfylle nods to Nebekk.
Nebekk shifts his weight.
Raelee carefully asks, "Perhaps... I might comment on
this point?"
Venrath softly says, "Or catastrophic results."
Tarkisis says, "It is not the reward of tangible things
that sway us, though."
Tarkisis nods to Raelee.
Raelee nods to Tarkisis.
Tarkisis says, "Of course, Raelee."
Speaking quietly to Tarkisis, Raelee says, "Thank
you."
Raelee says, "I often find that it is not a case of
not... considering consquences that are beyond the obvious..."
Raelee says, "One must be quite careful and to consider
these is a part of the learning process."
Raelee says, "The difference often lies in the label of
the 'acceptable risk'."
Raelee says, "To... accept it as natural and a part of
the topic at hand."
Raelee says, "Or, to consider it simply destructive
despite any other less obvious benefits."
Raelee breathes in slightly.
Raelee says, "Perhaps better put... a matter of
priorities."
Raelee nods to Tarkisis.
Tarkisis nods to Raelee.
Tarkisis says, "A simple answer, yet more to the
point."
Tarkisis grins at Raelee.
Sinocence just arrived.
Raelee looks thoughtfully at Tarkisis.
Raelee nods to Tarkisis.
Tarkisis says, "I had thought about discussing the
impact of Fash'lo'nae on cultures, but found I could likely ramble on into the
dawn about it."
Laeyandra grins at Tarkisis.
Tarkisis says, "If anyone has specific questions,
however.."
You smirk at Tarkisis.
Rosabel nods to Venrath.
Nebekk scratches his chin.
Tarkisis ponders.
Tarkisis surveys the area.
Tarkisis asks, "No more questions?"
Tarkisis raises an eyebrow.
Nebekk says, "Try as I might...I just cant come up with any."
Venrath says, "I do, I think..."
Tarkisis nods to Venrath.
Speaking to Tarkisis, Sylviana says, "You were very
thorough."
Sylviana nods to Tarkisis.
Sylviana smiles at Tarkisis.
Nebekk agrees with Tarkisis.
Nebekk agrees with Sylviana.
Speaking to Tarkisis, Venrath says, "You mentioned
someone's name in the course of your discussion..."
Venrath rubs her chin thoughtfully.
Tarkisis asks, "Hm a name?"
Speaking to Tarkisis, Venrath asks, "I cannot recall
the name, but perhaps you could speak more of him?"
Venrath says, "Let me think back a moment..."
Tarkisis asks, "Augustin?"
Venrath nods to Tarkisis.
Tarkisis says, "Ah yes."
Tarkisis chuckles.
Venrath says, "The name is unfamiliar to me."
Sylviana nods to Venrath.
Tarkisis says, "He was a priest to Fash'lo'nae. The
ruins of the temple can be found near Solhaven."
Tarkisis says, "A disappointing fellow, really."
Tarkisis sighs.
Liberius looks thoughtfully at Tarkisis.
Tarkisis says, "He attempted to combine the body of an
elf with a bat. He succeeded, but they turned on him."
Nebekk says, "Perhaps it relates to the fact that we
dont have a temple of our own there, just a simple garden."
Rosabel nods to Tarkisis.
Laeyandra blinks.
Tarkisis says, "The creatures are called Vesperti. If
you travel there, I recommend you read his journal."
Nebekk ponders.
Speaking to Tarkisis, Venrath asks, "Which, the elves
or the bats?"
Tarkisis says, "I don't want to give away the whole
story.."
You say, "THe creatures that he created."
Whistfylle quietly says, "I sense a trip coming
on."
Nebekk says, "Sounds very interesting."
Whistfylle gazes heavenward.
Nebekk grins.
Tarkisis begins chuckling at Whistfylle!
Venrath nods to Tarkisis.
Whistfylle grumbles.
You shudder.
You say, "It is not a pleasant place."
Tarkisis says, "Though I've then since pondered that
other creatures can also be mingled with elf, such as human, krolvin.."
Tarkisis rubs her chin thoughtfully.
Liberius frowns.
Sylviana frowns.
Sinocence just went down.
Tarkisis says, "Perhaps elves are the most procreative
species.. but that is beside
the point."
Nebekk says, "I've toyed with the idea of combining
living creatures with base elements..."
Tarkisis shrugs.
Nebekk grins evilly.
Tarkisis clears her throat.
Speaking to Tarkisis, Venrath says, "I will consider
the journey. Thank you."
Tarkisis nods to Venrath.
You blink at Nebekk.
Whistfylle glances at Tarkisis.
Rosabel softly says, "I have a question."
Tarkisis nods to Rosabel.
Rosabel softly says, "I knew a devout follower of
Fash'lo'nae many years ago..."
Tarkisis leans leisurely on her black lacquered runestaff, a
thoughtful expression upon her face.
Rosabel softly says, "He drew a very fine line between
experiments and manipulation."
Tarkisis appears to be trying hard not to grin.
Whistfylle narrows her eyes.
You examine your fingernails.
Rosabel softly asks, "When does manipulation cross the
line, when pitting people and things against each other?"
Rosabel softly says, "In order to gain knowledge, of
course."
Rosabel nods.
Tarkisis says, "Actually. Your question should be.. "is there a
line?"."
Tarkisis says, "There is no line."
Rosabel softly says, "Yes, but I didn't want to seem
rude."
Nebekk chuckles.
Whistfylle begins to twitch.
Tallula blinks at Tarkisis.
Venrath glances at Rosabel.
Nebekk says, "That relates to the demons that attacked
Illistim a few years back."
Tarkisis grins at Rosabel.
Rosabel smiles at Tarkisis.
Liberius glances at Tarkisis.
Nebekk says, "If i'm not mistaken, it was Fash'lo'nae's
doing, which happened merely because he was curious."
Tarkisis says, "Do not worry at offending me, such
emotions I've long since ceases trifling over."
Rosabel softly says, "Actually I speak of a sorceror
who eventually broke in his failure and suicided."
Whistfylle begins to twitch as she glances at Tarkisis.
Tarkisis says, "Ceased, rather."
Tarkisis coughs.
Tarkisis glances at Whistfylle.
Tallula gazes at Whistfylle.
Tarkisis asks, "It seems that his emotions overcame him
then?"
Tarkisis peers quizzically at Rosabel.
Tarkisis asks, "Perhaps he began to feel.. guilty?"
Nebekk says, "Sounds like he just had a weak mind,
nothing more."
Rosabel softly says, "I believe so. His experiments
failed and it was too much for him."
Rosabel furrows her brow.
Rosabel looks over at Tarkisis and shakes her head.
Rosabel softly says, "Not guilty, but a failure."
Liberius raises his hand.
Tarkisis says, "Ah, yes. An issue of
self-esteem."
Tarkisis chuckles.
Rosabel softly says, "Never guilty."
Rosabel nods to Tarkisis.
Rosabel softly says, "Yes."
Tarkisis says, "A pity, he lingered over what others
thought."
Nebekk snickers.
You shake your head.
Venrath ponders.
Rosabel softly says, "So, in a nutshell, there is no
line."
Rosabel softly says, "As long as knowledge is
obtained."
You say, "Only to the reckless."
Rosabel nods to you.
You chuckle at Rosabel.
Rosabel grins.
Tarkisis says, "Right. There is no defined line, though
an individual can put a line there themselves."
Whistfylle shifts her weight.
Nebekk grins.
Tarkisis says, "For example, my line might be not to
risk myself."
Nebekk says, "It all depends on how far the individual
is willing to go for the sake of knowledge."
Tarkisis says, "While another may not be so
choosy."
You say, "Sometimes though a search for knowledge is
used as an excuse for self-indulgence."
Tarkisis nods to you.
Whistfylle clears her throat.
Tarkisis says, "True."
You say, "It is easy to view everything as "giving
knowledge" and not consider beyond that."
Speaking softly to you, Rosabel says, "That's a very
good point."
Speaking to you, Nebekk says, "It can be."
Raelee quietly says, "The two schools of thought... one
of thought and one of excuses."
You turn to face Raelee.
You say, "No excuses."
You say, "Wisdom."
You say, "Knowledge isn't wisdom."
Speaking to you, Raelee says, "I merely speak of those
who... abuse the philosophy."
Sylviana nods to you.
You say, "Knowledge only presents the possibility of
wisdom."
Nebekk says, "I personally, seek knowledge as a way to
exact certain...vengeance."
Venrath says, "To Fash'lo'nae there is no line. It's probably not that relevant to him where
mortals choose to draw their lines."
(Nebekk removes the glove covering his left hand, revealing
a darkened steel mechanical hand in place of a flesh one.)
Tarkisis says, "Some are true followers of Fash'lo'nae.. students of the slitted eye.
Others.. mere pretenders,
utilizing the scope of Fash'lo'nae's influence to gain mortal desires."
Tarkisis nods to you.
Laeyandra looks thoughtfully at Nebekk.
You cock your head at Nebekk.
Raelee nods to Tarkisis.
Liberius shifts his weight.
Tarkisis cocks her head at you.
Raelee glances at Liberius.
Tarkisis says, "Yet, wisdom.. can stifle the discovery of knowledge."
You look at Tarkisis and shake your head.
Tarkisis says, "Especially if construed as a dangerous
path."
You say, "There I do not agree."
Nebekk says, "I personally believe, that this means
nothing in the eyes of Fash'lo'nae. It is my pursuit that truly has meaning,
the thing that will cause one to evolve and prosper."
Whistfylle squints at Tallula.
Nebekk says, "And perhaps, could even help the world a
little."
Tarkisis asks, "Wisdom told the elves that summoning
the demons by the Faendryl was .. unwise.
Yet, the question remains.. would
Despana have been defeated otherwise?"
Liberius raises an eyebrow.
You say, "Wisdom told the eyes that summoning the
demons without surety of control was unwise."
You say, "They had no surety."
Tarkisis asks, "Who is to say they did not have
control?"
Tallula fidgets.
You say, "And perhaps should have learned it
first."
You say, "They lost control, as their creatures turned
even on themselves."
Laeyandra furrows her brow.
Venrath nods to Tarkisis.
Venrath says, "And perhaps by then it would have been
too late."
Debia says, "Or could the controllers have turned
against each other and set their creatures after one another."
Tarkisis says, "Even the most wise, can fall prey to
foolishness. Such as the most knowledgable can surely fail to
see every angle."
Tallula tilts her head down.
Tarkisis nods to you.
Nebekk says, "Sometimes, you just cant
know, not until you take that last step."
Mitheirien ponders.
Tarkisis says, "And that.. is the risk you take."
Tarkisis nods to Nebekk.
Nebekk nods to Tarkisis.
Rosabel softly says, "And we're back to the higher the
risk, the greater the reward."
Whistfylle twists her head slightly, cracking her neck. She looks relieved.
Tarkisis grins at Rosabel.
Whistfylle folds her hands behind her back.
Tarkisis says, "In a matter of speaking."
Rosabel grins impishly.
Tarkisis asks, "Are there any further questions, or
have we summed it all up?"
Liberius glances around the room.
Nebekk ponders.
Speaking to Tarkisis, Venrath asks, "Is it known what
Fash'lo'nae summoned when he opened the veil for the first time?"
Raelee squints at Liberius.
Speaking quietly to Venrath, Tarkisis says, "Only
Fash'lo'nae knows for certain what veil he ripped first."
Liberius raises his hand.
(Venrath nods slowly to Tarkisis.)
Tarkisis nods to Liberius.
Liberius says, "I would ask your position on attaining
knowledge for the self, or knowledge for the...greater good."
Whistfylle says, "All knowledge is a selfish
pursuit."
Whistfylle says, "In some way."
You chuckle at Whistfylle.
Rosabel softly says, "I disagree."
Liberius says, "Because, if the pursuit is truly new
knowledge, and not duplication of knowledge held by someone else, then I must
call into question this doctrine of arrogance."
Tarkisis says, "Both of those are a matter of
perspective. Fash'lo'nae sought to attain knowledge of Ur'Daemons and thus
allowed them to be utilized in a war agains the Drakes."
Tarkisis asks, "Was it for the greater good?"
Tarkisis says, "Some may say it was."
Tarkisis glances at you.
Tarkisis says, "He gave fire to the mortal races.."
Nebekk says, "It "did" allow us to become
what we are."
Tarkisis asks, "Was it for the betterment of the mortal
realm?"
Tarkisis says, "It isn't a matter of what we do with
the knowledge specifically.."
Liberius shakes his head.
Tarkisis says, "It's a matter of simply discovering it,
and offering that knowledge."
You lean back.
Liberius says, "I posed that question with insufficient
clarity."
Nebekk says, "I believe so. Because of it, we were able
to move to the top of the food chain within nature, so to speak."
Tarkisis says, "What others do with it.."
Tarkisis shrugs.
Rosabel nods to Tarkisis.
Whistfylle says, "Would we research, learn, and
experiment, were it not enjoyable to us? No, I think not. In thus, it is all
self-serving."
Whistfylle shrugs.
Liberius says, "By greater good, I do not mean some
sort of moral or tangible betterment to people as a whole.
."
Liberius asks, "I meant, is it important that we gain
knowledge for ourself, or that the knowledge is gained by someone,
somewhere?"
Rosabel softly says, "For example, finding an herbal
cure to a great disease, like the one the dwarves got a couple years ago. That
was for the greater good."
Speaking to Whistfylle, Venrath says, "You would if you
were motivated by an outside concern. It need not be enjoyment."
Tarkisis says, "We seek to better ourselves with
knowledge."
Tarkisis says, "I suppose in a way, it is a selfish
desire."
Speaking to Venrath, Whistfylle says, "If I was
motivated by an outside concern, then it would still be self-serving."
Tarkisis says, "But, of itself, more knowledge can only
lead to the discovery of new puzzles to solve."
Tarkisis says, "Ignorance is not a virtue."
Nebekk says, "There are some instances where that
knowledge "could" be beneficial to others, though."
Tarkisis grins at Liberius.
Liberius folds his arms over his chest.
Venrath says, "Self serving I question not. Only the assertion that it must be enjoyable."
Raelee glances around the room.
Raelee glances at Venrath.
Nebekk says, "I apologize, but I have to be leaving. It
was a great pleasure speaking with you all."
Tarkisis rubs her chin thoughtfully.
You nod.
Nebekk bows.
Tarkisis nods to Nebekk.
Rosabel raises an eyebrow in Venrath's direction.
Nebekk waves.
Tarkisis says, "Thank you for attending."
Speaking slowly to Venrath, Raelee asks,
"Enjoyable?"
Nebekk smiles at Tarkisis.
Speaking to Tarkisis, Nebekk says, "You did a great
job. Thank you."
Nebekk just left.
Tarkisis examines her fingernails.
Speaking softly to Venrath, Rosabel asks, "Were the
results of your experiments enjoyable?"
Speaking to Tarkisis, Liberius says, "The reason I ask
goes to your distinction between risk and recklessness."
Rosabel rubs her chin thoughtfully.
Venrath turns away from Rosabel, ignoring her.
Venrath nods to Whistfylle.
Tarkisis rubs her chin thoughtfully.
Liberius says, "Risk and recklessness can only truly be
determined from hindsight. A seemingly
foolish decision that turns out positively seems like a brave risk."
Liberius says, "When it turns out negatively, it seems
to be recklessness."
Venrath says, "She asserted that the search for
knowledge must necessarily be enjoyable to be pursued."
Tarkisis says, "True."
Venrath says, "Or so I interpreted it."
Liberius says, "If we value knowledge for knowledge's
sake..."
Whistfylle says, "It was an example of the selfish
nature of it."
Mitheirien stands up.
Whistfylle smiles at Venrath.
Interlocking her fingers above her head, Mitheirien
stretches slowly, extending her spine in a satisfying stretch.
Tarkisis says, "However, the overprotective mother
might prevent one from making a foolish risk - despite the potential for great
things."
Liberius says, "And not merely OUR knowledge, then the
criteria for evaluating acceptable risk changes."
Rosabel agrees with Tarkisis.
Speaking to Liberius, Debia says, "It's a matter of
perspective."
Whistfylle glances at Tarkisis.
Tarkisis says, "It's the -despite the potential- that
truely determines.."
You smirk.
Tarkisis surveys the area.
Tarkisis grins wickedly.
Whistfylle peers over the rim of her spectacles.
Tarkisis asks, "Now. Can I test you all on what I
talked about?"
Tarkisis says, "Hmm."
Laeyandra grins at Tarkisis.
Whistfylle scratches at a silver crescent moon tattoo.
Tarkisis begins chuckling at Whistfylle!
Tarkisis says, "Oh fine."
Tarkisis gives Whistfylle a friendly prod against the back.
Whistfylle asks, "What?"
Whistfylle grumbles.
Sylviana smiles.
Raelee cocks her head at Tarkisis.
Whistfylle says, "I didn't -say- anything."
Tarkisis says, "I think I'm reliving my Beacon Hall
days."
Tarkisis stares off into space.
Whistfylle smirks at Tarkisis.
Tarkisis clears her throat.
Whistfylle bursts out in a sudden snort of laughter.
Tarkisis bows to Rosabel.
Rosabel smiles.
Whistfylle says, "Ahem. Excuse her, she's waxing
nostalgic."
Tarkisis smirks.
You chuckle at Whistfylle.
Tarkisis says, "Alright then. It's already eleven
bells, and my time is done. You all are dismissed. I will remain for those that
would like to have further discussion."
